Returns and Refunds

Returns for merchandise are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please submit return requests using our Contact Us form. All returns must have an authorization number.

Returned merchandise must be in new, saleable condition with original packaging. For health reasons, earrings are NOT eligible for returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be reimbursed if exchanging for identical items. 

If returning for a refund, once your item is received, you will be refunded within 7 business days. Please ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition for a smooth refund process
