Our jewelry is primarily crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver, with a variety of precious metal finishes. Additionally, select pieces made from 14kt gold, lead-free alloy (brass), and steel are available. For specific details on materials, please refer to the product description on each item’s page. 

I will try my best to cancel any unshipped orders by request.

Between 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM (CST), Mon - Fri and Sat., 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM, please contact me immediately with your order number.

You can also conveniently reply to your order confirmation email or contact me with a message stating that you would like to cancel the order. I will reply as soon as possible.

I am unable to cancel any shipped orders and recommend you do a return for refund with a prepaid return label.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we're exploring the possibility of expanding to international destinations in the future.

Orders are processed the same business day. We use Ground Advantage shipping, and most customers receive their items within 3 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. If you don’t see a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Currently, customization and resizing services are unavailable. All jewelry items are sourced and crafted to be enjoyed as is. Please be encouraged to check the detailed product descriptions and size guides to find the perfect fit.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend following our 'Jewelry Care' guidelines, which include keeping pieces dry, avoiding contact with chemicals, and storing them in a safe, dry place when not in use.

At this time, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but we make sure each piece is beautifully packaged for you to enjoy or gift right away!

All of our rings are adjustable, so you don’t have to worry about finding the perfect size! Simply choose the style you love, and the adjustable feature will ensure a comfortable fit.

We take great care in packing our jewelry, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance and a replacement.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are exploring this option for the future!
